Accessible websites for town halls and public institutions

Problem
Public bodies must publish websites that everyone can use, in two languages, and prove it. Off-the-shelf themes rarely pass a strict accessibility audit, and requirements in public tenders have to be shown one by one.
Approach
We built bilingual (Catalan and Spanish) public portals on custom WordPress themes and plugins. They include an EU-funded urban-regeneration portal with over a hundred traceable requirements and a site that reached WCAG 2.2 AAA in axe audits for a tender jury. Accessibility and Lighthouse checks run automatically, and each site comes with user and technical manuals.
Outcome
The institutions publish sites that meet accessibility rules and can show, requirement by requirement, what was delivered. The automated checks catch regressions before they go live.
