Common questions.
How quickly can you deliver?
We plan most projects to reach production in two to six weeks. You see a first working version within the first one or two weeks, and a demo every week after that. Larger systems are delivered in stages, each one useful on its own.
How do you keep quality high while moving fast?
Speed comes from experience and focus, not from skipping steps. Every project gets a written scope, a reviewed design, automated tests, code review, monitoring and documentation. The same senior team works on it from start to finish, so nothing is lost in handoffs.
What does a project cost?
After the first call we send a short written scope with deliverables, timeline and a fixed price, so you know the cost before any work begins. For ideas that are not yet clear enough to scope, we suggest a short discovery phase first. Ongoing maintenance is agreed separately, based on what your system needs.
What happens after launch?
We stay with you. Maintenance covers monitoring, security updates, bug fixes and small improvements, and we extend the system as your needs grow. If you prefer to take it in-house, you have the code, documentation and access to everything.
Who owns the code?
You do. You receive full rights to the code we write for you, together with documentation and access to all repositories and accounts. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.
Where is our data stored, and how is it protected?
We work under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and sign a data processing agreement where needed. Hosting in Switzerland or the EU is available, and we only use AI providers and settings that do not train on your data. We access production data only as far as the project requires.
Where is your team?
In Basel and Barcelona, working as one team in the same time zone. We are happy to meet in person whenever it helps the project.
Do you work in German?
Yes. We work in German or English, whichever suits your team, and the documentation follows the same choice.
