Life sciences
Software and AI for life sciences, pharma and biotech companies.
eudae builds custom software and AI for life sciences companies in Basel and across Switzerland: lab data platforms, document processing and integrations with the systems your teams already use. Built to a high standard, delivered in weeks, by one team from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Where lab and quality teams lose time.
-
Lab data spread across instruments and spreadsheets
Results live in instrument exports, shared drives and personal spreadsheets. Comparing batches, tracking samples or preparing a weekly update means collecting data by hand.
-
Critical information locked in documents
Lab reports, certificates of analysis, SOPs and supplier documentation hold the data you need, but finding and comparing it means opening each PDF one by one.
-
Systems that do not talk to each other
LIMS, ELN, ERP and quality systems each hold part of the picture. Manual transfers between them are slow and introduce errors that someone then has to find.
-
Validation and data protection expectations
Software in a regulated environment has to be traceable, documented and hosted appropriately. Generic tools and quick scripts rarely meet that bar.
What we build for life sciences teams.
-
Lab data platforms and dashboards
Web applications that bring sample, inventory and experiment data into one current, access-controlled place, with the views and reports your scientists and managers actually use.
-
Document processing with full traceability
AI-assisted extraction from lab reports, certificates and specifications into structured data, validated against your rules, with every value linked to its source page for review and audit.
-
Integrations with LIMS, ELN and ERP
Reliable connections between the systems you already run, through their APIs or file interfaces, so data moves once, correctly, with a log of every transfer.
-
GxP-aware engineering and Swiss or EU hosting
We work with GxP principles in mind: versioned code, documented requirements and tests, audit trails and controlled access, so your quality team can assess and validate the system. Hosting in Switzerland or the EU, with AI providers and settings that do not train on your data.
Typical projects.
- Searchable dataset built from years of lab report PDFs, each value traceable to its source page
- Sample and reagent tracking app replacing shared spreadsheets for a growing research team
- Certificates of analysis checked automatically against specifications on goods receipt
- Instrument results transferred into the LIMS with validation and an audit log
- Weekly project and lab status report generated from LIMS, ELN and ERP data
Questions from life sciences teams.
Are you GxP certified?
Software is validated by the company that uses it, not certified by its developer. We are not a certified supplier, but we build with GxP principles in mind: documented requirements, versioned code, automated tests, audit trails and controlled access. That gives your quality team what it needs to assess and validate the system for its intended use.
Where is our data hosted?
In Switzerland or the EU, on infrastructure agreed with you. We work under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), sign a data processing agreement where needed and only use AI providers and settings that do not train on your data.
Can you integrate with our LIMS, ELN or ERP?
Yes, as long as the system offers an API, a database interface or structured file exports. We review the options with your IT team early, so the integration is designed in from the start rather than added at the end.
Do you only work with life sciences companies?
No. eudae builds software for small and mid-sized businesses in many sectors. Life sciences is a field where our location in Basel and our focus on quality and traceability are particularly useful.
Who maintains the software after launch?
We do, if you wish. The same team that designed and built the system monitors it, keeps it up to date and extends it as your processes change. You own the code and documentation, so you can also take it in-house at any time.
